Recruiters, incentives go hand in hand
Ah politics and real estate. Two things that effect us all. NC is an interesting state when it comes to incentives. All the politictians pretty much claim to be against them, but they use them "because we have to" to be competitive. What if we fixed the tax structure so that we were already more competitive?
At any rate, real estate investors large and small will benefit from knowing where our fearless leaders are spreading the free cash.
