Okay this is a public policy post not necessarily an investment real estate post...but then again....what could affect the local real estate investor more than local public policy? My point here is NC should be doing more to foster an environment for growing the next MSFT or CREE or SAS instead of only throwing money at big companies to move lower wage jobs here....It requires a longer term perspective as does all investing, unfortunately few politicians take the long view.
