This is big stuff...talk about a public private partnership...interesting to watch the politicians fall all over themselves to give money to this developer who clearly dosn't need it...
The nearly $1 billion idea turns out to be a massive scientific and economic revitalization project that will encompass the former Cannon Mills plant and entire downtown area of Kannapolis. And to do it in about five years while creating about 35,000 jobs.
